Brian Rohde suffered a bad asthma attack last Tuesday and was taken to hospital. He passed away, peacefully, on Saturday night.

It’s interesting that in this instant communication age you can watch significant events live.

I was up late one night in 2001 watching TV when they switched to breaking news from america – live feed of one of the twin towers burning after the first plane crash. Over the next few hours I witnessed the crash into the second tower, and their eventual collapse. Live, as it happened.





Vista Tip: Windows Help (.hlp) Files

If you are using Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, you no doubt have learned that you cannot open Window Help (*.hlp) files. This is because Microsoft made the decision to no longer include WinHlp32.exe (which is required to launch WinHelp files) as a component of the Windows operating system.
